Taste begins with ingredients.
We believe that every cake should tastes as good as it looks.
All of our cakes and desserts are made to order and we only use fresh and quality ingredients such as Madagascan vanilla, fresh eggs, quality butter, Valrhona and fine Belgian chocolates, tea leaves from UK , Taiwan and Japan.
We make everything from scratch including jam, curd, ganache and syrup.
